NAIOP Silicon Valley University Challenge NAIOP Silicon Valley invites you to our 2nd Annual University Case Study Challenge, an intercollegiate competition between full-time undergraduate student teams from Menlo College, San Jose State University, and Santa Clara University. University teams will be charged with evaluating the site of a previously completed development project to devise a
