NAIOP Silicon Valley Developers Panel 2020

2020 brought some unique challenges to the CRE market including work stoppages and design changes needed to meet concerns related to COVID-19. NAIOP Silicon Valley was joined again by the attorneys of the Law Office of Todd Rothbard, who provided an update on what is possible NOW with respect to evictions, what will be possible in the near future, and some strategic guidelines as to how to proceed, now that the statewide prohibition on evictions by the judicial council has terminated and the remaining city and county moratorium measures have expired or will expire soon.
