Seven elected officials and their staff attended the 2023 Brokers Panel Luncheon on March 9th!
It was a packed house with a team of experts discussing the state of the economy for leasing in the Bay Area. With moderator Ani Vartanian Boladian and our panelists Paul McManus, Kelly Yoder, Matt Taylor and Randy Scott were thoughtful and honest sharing their insights on commercial real estate.

We are working on building collaborative opportunities with the elected officials and also to provide a venue where the decision makers are learning about the state of the commercial real estate at the same time as professionals who are in the field. Thereby, increasing the dialogue that will lead for mutually beneficial solutions.
Our public policy goal is to invite elected officials to all the NAIOP SV events. The goal is to provide opportunities for our members to meet elected officials from different cities, start a dialogue and increase connections for all of our members.
