Jim Mair
South Bay Development Company
Mr. Jim Mair is the founder of South Bay Development Company and serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer. He has led South Bay Development Company through the development of over 35 million square feet of industrial, office, retail and R&D space since its inception in 1978. He has built the company into one of the most successful commercial real estate ventures in Northern California.
Mr. Mair participates in many industry, community, and charitable associations throughout the Bay Area. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Santa Clara University.
