He has been the Director of Hancock Fabrics Inc. since 2 August, 2008. He serves as Chairman of Valence Technology Inc., and has been its Director since September 1991. He has been a Director of FOCUS Enhancements Inc., a developer of video scan conversion products, since March 6, 2001. He has been a Member of the Board of Directors of Monolithic System Technology Inc., since September 1992. He has been a Director of Systems Integrated Research PLC, since March 18, 1996; Candescent Technologies Corp., since April 1999 and SiR Learning Systems Limited, a subsidiary of Systems Integrated, since he founded it in 1979. He serves as Director of LynuxWorks, Inc. and SoloPower, Inc. He has been Director of MoSys Inc., since September 1992. He serves as a Director of Mission West Properties Inc. He served as a Director of Integrated Device Technology and Berg & Berg Enterprises Inc. He co-founded Videonics Inc., and served as its Director since June 1987.
