NAIOP Silicon Valley Capital Markets Panel

Register for the 2025 NAIOP Silicon Valley Capital Markets Panel! On June 18, join us at Santa Clara Square for an insightful discussion moderated by Briana DeHaan of Northmarq with top commercial real estate experts, Rahul Chandiok of GI Partners, Mike Field of Mecah Ventures, Christopher Moritz of Newmark, and Dan Renz of JLL.

Join us for a timely and candid conversation with leading deal makers as we unpack the forces shaping the Silicon Valley capital markets. We’ll kick off with a pulse check on factors impacting construction, lending, and labor. The discussion will span today’s investor landscape, capital sourcing trends, debt market sentiment, and transaction activity — with a spotlight on market opportunities and leasing dynamics. Panelists will explore who’s active, where capital is flowing, how deals are getting done, and what strategies are emerging in a cautious but evolving market. We’ll close with a look ahead: what keeps market leaders up at night, and how they see the next 12 months unfolding.
