OUR PANEL

Bruce Burkard, Managing Partner | Four Corners Properties 
Mr. Burkard has over three decades of experience in real estate, encompassing investment, financing, asset management, and development. In 2005, he founded Four Corners Properties (FCP), a company specializing in value-add urban infill projects and redevelopment of commercial properties in Northern California.

Drew Hudacek, Chief Investment Officer, Development Properties | Sares Regis Group Northern California
Drew Hudacek joined Sares Regis in 1999. His responsibilities include capital relationships and land acquisitions for the firm’s capital risk development activities as well as executive management of the various operating divisions in Northern California.

Mike Kramer, Managing Director | Sand Hill Property Company
Mike Kramer is a Managing Director for Sand Hill Property Company. Over the past ten years, he has overseen acquisition, entitlement, development, and asset management for several properties in Silicon Valley, and is currently involved in office/life-science, housing, and mixed-use projects.

Robert Tersini, Senior Vice President | The Sobrato Organization

Robert Tersini joined Sobrato in 2014. As Vice President on the Real Estate Development team, he works on the entitlement and execution of new development projects from San Jose to San Francisco. His responsibilities include oversight of the design and project teams, and construction, marketing, and lease-up of all the active developments.
