Kristin Molano, Director – Swift Real Estate Partners (Moderator)
Kristin Molano is a Director at Swift and is responsible for acquisitions and asset management in the San Francisco Bay Area. Previously, Kristin was Director of Acquisitions and Capital Markets at Jay Paul Company. Prior to joining Jay Paul, Kristin served as Assistant Vice President and Relationship Manager in the real estate banking group at Wells Fargo Bank. Kristin holds a B.S from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Nate Jones, Managing Director – Eastdil Secured
Nate Jones, a Managing Director at Eastdil Secured based in Silicon Valley, focuses on office, R&D, and life science asset and portfolio dispositions and joint venture equity raises. Nate and his team at Eastdil Secured have been the most active advisors in Silicon Valley over the past 5 years selling over 90 properties totaling over $15B.

Megan Woodring, Senior Director, Capital Markets – JLL 
With over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, Megan Woodring is a Senior Director at JLL Capital Markets, where she participates in the placement of debt financing for various property types across the country. Megan has originated and executed more than $10 billion in debt placement, developing a forte in structured debt and construction financing. She has established strong relationships with diverse capital sources, including life insurance companies, pension funds, banks, debt funds, REITs, and CMBS lenders.

Blair Volckmann, Partner – Harvest Properties
Blair joined Harvest Properties in 2010 and is responsible for the sourcing and acquisition of new investments. He works in all aspects of operating and expanding the firm’s portfolio, including investment selection, financings, dispositions, management and capital relations. He is also responsible for spearheading the firm’s entitlement and development efforts. Prior to joining Harvest, Blair spent three years in Eastdil Secured’s San Francisco office underwriting more than $4 billion of office, retail and industrial transactions.
