Mike Saign, Vice Chairman |  Newmark

Mike Saign is a Vice Chairman in Newmark’s Silicon Valley office and specializes in office and R&D leasing advisory. Mike works with a wide range of occupiers from high-growth startups to established global corporations as well as the largest institutional owners and local developers across Silicon Valley. Over the last five years alone Mike and his team have completed over 6.5 million square feet of transactions with a total consideration in excess of 3 billion dollars. In 2021 he was involved in the largest private office lease of the year in the United States representing Tishman Speyer in a 719,037 square foot lease to Facebook. Mike has been recognized by Real Estate Forum as one of the Top 50 Under 40 rising commercial real estate professionals in the country and was one of the first brokers in Silicon Valley to have earned Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) accreditation. Mike is a graduate of Boston College where he rowed on the crew team.
