Paul McManus, Executive Vice President – Colliers
Paul McManus is a Vice Chair and one of the senior leaders of Occupier Services Bay Area (OSBA) in Silicon Valley.  OSBA specializes in occupier representation providing clients with a platform of integrated services in local, national, and global markets. Paul is a senior point of contact on multiple accounts for OSBA and has vast experience with complex transactions both in Silicon Valley and in numerous markets throughout the world. Paul represents the interests of his corporate portfolio clients and scaling start-up clients, ranging from Fortune 100 firms (software, hardware, medical device, biotech and professional services) to venture capital-funded growth companies.

Matt Taylor, Senior Vice President – CBRE
Matt Taylor has worked as a real estate advisor at CBRE after three years overseeing the company’s Research department in the Silicon Valley, Palo Alto and San Francisco Peninsula markets. Because of his background in research and forecasting, he is able to provide high level statistical analysis and economic projections. His team is focused on representing high-tech tenants and institutional ownership. Over the past year, he has represented tenants in more than 600,000 SF of leasing transactions. He also represents approximately 3 MSF of office, R&D and industrial property in the Bay Area including the 1.7 MSF Prologis Bayside Portfolio.

Maurice Spikes, Managing Director – Newmark
Maurice “Mo” Spikes serves as a director in Newmark’s San Francisco office, where he specializes in tenant and landlord representation. Maurice relies on his extensive market knowledge as well as his client-first approach to provide his clients with invaluable creative strategies and opportunistic solutions. Maurice is driven by his competitive nature, diligence and never-quit attitude. His clients appreciate his motivation, analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to understand both landlord and tenant perspectives. Maurice joined Newmark from Boston Properties, one of the largest real estate owners and developers in the United States, where he was responsible for assisting and overseeing in the operation and management of 3.3 million square feet.

Kelly Yoder, Director – Cushman & Wakefield
Kelly Yoder joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly CPS) in 2007.  Working with Steve Horton, specializing in Office, R&D, Leasing and Sales, Kelly brings more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience in the Silicon Valley Market.  Clients appreciate her extensive knowledge of the market, responsiveness, attention to detail and ability to provide the information and analysis to make informed decisions about their assets.
